Overview
Elephants, lions, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, and various kinds of antelope, including Eland, Kudu, Waterbuck, Impala, and the beautiful Sable (Zimbabwe's national animal), are housed in Zimbabwe. At night, hippopotamus emerge from their watery slumbers to feed along the riverbanks. Crocs wait patiently for the right moment to pounce on passing prey.
Consisting of 40km Zambezi River frontage and a spread of game-rich inland savanna and mopani forest, 56.000 hectare divided into two by the Kazungula road to Botswana.
